Smarttel Communications is  licensed, low-voltage contractor. We provide cabling solutions for business telephone, voice and data. We also supply and install paging systems and music on hold devices.

Cross Connection Services

We  bridge this gap and provide the cabling and cross-connection services needed to complete your  new circuit.  We can hook up the following types of connections:  T-1, PRI (Primary Rate Interface) circuit, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, SIP trunks (Session Initiation Protocol), broadband or DSL service.  We are the “inter-connect” that connects your equipment to the phone company’s equipment.

Business Relocation Services

We also provide the service to relocate your telephone and communications equipment and make all the connections needed at your new location.    If the new space is already wired but, you don’t know where the data outlets connect or if they are working properly, we can test and label them for you.  We can be there when the phone company delivers your new service and connect it to your systems (the phone company usually won’t touch anything beyond their own equipment.) Our goal is to make the telecommunications portion of your move as painless as possible!

Fax or Network Printer Installation

We can relocate a fax or printer outlet for you or install a new cable to the location you designate.  We can also install a  jacks for the newer model networked photocopiers.  If you need to change a network outlet to a phone jack we can do that as well in most instances.

Reorganizing Telephone & Network Connections

We can relocate telephone extensions, add outlets for voice and data wherever you need them, or relocate cabling if needed.  We install voice and data cabling into office cubicles once they are in place.  We can relocate your network when office expansions call for that.
